Southwest City Dog Park It's time to join!! – 63109 Wilmore Park

Southwest City Dog Park  

SW City Dog Park opened it’s gates on Sept. 23, 2006. It is sponsored by theSouthampton Neighborhood Association. It’s purpose is to provide a fenced space inWillmore Park for dog owners/guardians to allow their dogs to run and play off-leash.

The dog park is operated and maintained by a volunteer dog park committee working under the Southampton Neighborhood Association. The dog park is not funded or operated by the City of St. Louis. It is funded entirely by membership fees and donations.

The park is about 1 1/2 acres. There is a large dog area and a special needs area. The special needs area replaces a small dog area. This area has been specifically set aside for dogs that are timid dog, dogs that have had surgery, older dogs or dogs that their guardian is not comfortable with the larger dogs.

 

Southwest City Dog Park – Membership Information

The park is currently accepting applications for the 2012-2013 Dog Park Year.

The 2012 – 2013 Dog Park year will begin June 1, 2012 and continue until March 31, 2013.  Memberships are not pro-rated.

Complete the application, sign the waiver, send your registration fees, and don’t forget to send your four-legged friend’s current vaccination records.

Dog Park Fees (June 1, 2012 – March 31, 2013) are as follows:

City residents:
$42.00 first dog, $10.00 each additional dog

Southampton Neighborhood Association Members:
$32.00 first dog, $10.00 each additional dog

Non-city residents:
$57.00 first dog, $10.00 each additional dog
