Now in its 19th year, the open-air festival presents nine weeks of free Wednesday evening concerts under the stars, May 30 through July 25, 2012.
Visitors are welcome to bring their own picnic supper, baskets or coolers. Picnic fare is also available for purchase on site, including brisket sandwiches, hot dogs, cheese and grape plates, sno-cones, chips, cookies, beer, wine and soda.
The festival is funded by the Whitaker Foundation, which supports St. Louis arts and parks to promote common heritage, celebrate diversity and encourage vitality within the community.

June 13: Miss Jubilee and the Humdingers – Hot jazz, swing and rhythm and blues
June 20: The Rockhouse Ramblers – Honky-tonk and classic swing
June 27: Hamiet Bluiett – Jazz legend and baritone saxophonist
July 4: Air National Guard Band of the Central States – Military tradition, jazz and big band
July 11: Ryan Spearman Band – Folk artist and multi-instrumentalist
July 18: Teresa Jenee – Soulful, introspective pianist and vocalist
July 25: Aaron Kamm and the One Drops – A blend of roots reggae and blues
