For families with children in 1st – 6th grade
9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Are You Up to the Challenge?
ZooQuest is a challenging quest-based program, taking place on Saint Louis Zoo grounds. Part trivia challenge and part scavenger-hunt, it guarantees your team will never look at the Saint Louis Zoo the same way again. You’ll notice signs you usually walk right past, colors that aren’t usually noticed, and details that make the Zoo unique. For example, do you know how many animals on the Conservation Carousel have purple saddles? Family ZooQuest has “easier” to solve parts for the children, with harder challenges for adults, but you’ll have to work together to complete your quests! Using observation and time-management skills to solve the puzzle-based quests, it’s sure to be a day of education and fun!
Back to School: Zoo-style!
Put your Zoo knowledge to the test with ZooQuest! In this adventure-based family program you will traverse the Zoo, solving puzzles and learning intriguing new twists about our animals. This competitive program will help you see the Zoo and your families like you’ve never seen them before! Turn in your quest at the scheduled time to see if your family wins a prize! So, grab your clipboard and pencils, and get ready to go back-to-school, Zoo-style!
ZooQuest teams must consist of at least one, but no more than two adults, and at least one, but no more than three children (minimum of two and maximum of five per team). Children must be in 1st through 6th grade.
Each team is strongly encouraged to bring its own clipboards and pencils.
$45 per team for Zoo Members
$50 per team for General Public
