It’s completely FREE. All you have to bring is water, a large towel or mat, and a SMILE! We’ll meet behind Lanai Coffee and start promptly at 8 a.m.
We’ll be celebrating our 5 Year Anniversary all summer long with fun pop-ups across St. Louis! We hope to see you at one!

WHAT’S A HURRICANE?
No, not the tropical storm. In the fitness world, Hurricanes are an amazing fast and furious workout!
It’s a brief but powerful “storm” of exercises that follows the same format of a short sprint paired with two strength exercises. (We’ll also have options if you aren’t a runner.) This is repeated in three circuits for three sets. Hurricanes can be done with bodyweight, making it perfect for the park!
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Please bring as much water as you need, a large towel or mat for floor exercises, and your brightest Fourth of July smile!
HOW DO I FIND IT?
Our awesome coaches will be waiting for you behind Lanai Coffee in Francis Park. You’ll know them by their Dragonfly gear and their 8 a.m. energy!
