8/18/16 – My 150th Real Estate Sales Transaction

I was the Seller’s Agent on this adorable house in the Holly Hills Neighborhood!

Being a Realtor® is not always easy and can be very stressful at times.  I can look back on sale #1 to sale #150 and see how much I learned.  I have been blessed with some wonderful clients.  I am a firm believer in good things happen to good people!  My clients have run the age spectrum and to be honest the income spectrum.  I have sold homes around $20,000 and over $515,000.  Single families, condos, multiple families and even a few leases.

So a big thank you to my wonderful clients who have chosen to work with me.  I am grateful for your trust in such an important decision in your life.  The real estate sale has many moving parts from Realtors® on the other side of the deal, lenders, title companies, inspectors, contractors and appraisers just to name a few.  I have been fortunate enought to work with some super stars.  They can make or break a transaction 🙂  So thank you, thank you, thank you for being professional, fun and organized.
