October 28, 2014 marks the 49th anniversary of the final section of the Gateway Arch being put into place. The Jefferson National Parks Association is hosting a celebration in the Visitor Center below the Gateway Arch on Saturday, October 25 from 10 am – 11:30 am. This event is FREE and open to the public!
Come meet the men who built and worked on the Gateway Arch as it was constructed! Listen as they share their incredible first-hand stories of their roles in building a structure that had never been built before. The builders will also share their own memorabilia and photographs—some of which have never been seen before by the public!
