Great Forest Park Balloon Race and Glow 9/14 and 9/15/18 in Forest Park
This is the 46th Annual Great Forest Park Balloon Race. Held each year in Forest Park, the Great Forest Park Balloon Race is a FREE, FUN, FAMILY event for everyone in St. Louis to enjoy. Watch as dozens of hot air balloons inflate, glow and launch from our world famous Forest Park. Enjoy kettle corn, food trucks, fireworks and children’s games and activities.

9:15 P.M. — PNC BANK FIREWORKS FINALE
Additionally, the Humane Society of Missouri will be hosting their annual Glow in the Park Balloon Glow Dinner Friday evening. This event includes private entry to the park, valet parking and dinner on the grounds of the Balloon Glow. To purchase tickets for this private fundraiser, click here.

– Maryville University Main Stage opens featuring music from STL’s own Feel Good Inc. plus performances by The Muny Kids, Krupinski Academy of Dance, IGNITE Theater Company, Consuming Kinetics Dance Company and Pazazz Performers
– PURINA Children’s Entertainment Area opens – activities for kids of all ages – inflatables, games, Mural painting with St. Louis Children’s Hospital, performances by the Purina Pro Plan Performance Team and much more!
– Enterprise Family Picnic Area opens
3:00 P.M. — Miller Lite Skydivers
3:30 P.M. — Opening Ceremonies at The Main Stage
4:30 P.M. — “Hare” Balloon Launches – PNC Bank’s Orange Blossom
4:45 P.M. — “Hound” Balloons Launch
