Equine Assisted Therapy’s Annual Egg Hunt takes place on Saturday, April 8 at Longview Farm Park in Town and Country. Registration opens at 11 a.m., with the hunt beginning promptly at noon.

Kids ages 2-12 can enjoy a unique egg hunting experience where they gather eggs, and then get to “sell” them in order to buy games, toys, books and more from a General Store.

Pre-registration is not required. Cost is $10/hunter, with 100% of the money going to Equine-assisted Therapy, a nonprofit dedicated to providing therapeutic horseback riding activities for children and adults with disabilities.

 Breakfast with the Bunny and Egg Hunt at the West County Family YMCA

At the West County YMCA’s Breakfast with the Bunny and Egg Hunt at 9 a.m., kids can visit with the Easter Bunny while the entire family enjoys a hot breakfast. Bunny Breakfast at The Magic House

Follow the bunny trail to The Magic House and get your morning hopping at the museum’s Bunny Breakfast. The special guest will be, you guessed it, the Easter Bunny himself! Every-bunny will have a great time as they enjoy a delicious breakfast, participate in a fun, hands-on activity, play in the museum and have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny. 9 to 11 a.m. at The Magic House. If you can’t make it there on Saturday, you can still celebrate all things spring at Purina Farms’ Springtime Village on Sunday. From a petting area with bunnies, piglets and chicks to photos with Peter Cottontail, there’s something for everyone. Get Hopping Easter Egg Hunt in Des Peres Park

Kids ages 3-6 can meet the Easter Bunny, hunt for eggs and pose for photos at the Get Hopping Easter Egg Hunt in Des Peres Park on Saturday, March 26. Hunt for a Cure in Queeny Park

Enjoy your favorite Easter activities and hunt for a cure for diseases like leukemia and lymphoma at the 6^th annual Hunt for a Cure in Queeny Park on Saturday, March 26 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Over 70,000 eggs will be hidden, the LLS Bunny will arrive via helicopter, and there will be face painting, pony rides, a petting zoo, informational booths and even appearances from well-loved nursery rhyme characters. Admission is $10/family; family passes can be purchased online.

Enrichment Eggstravaganza at the Saint Louis Zoo 

Everyone likes a treat, and the animals at the Zoo are no exception! Visitors can watch these special “egg hunts” and learn about their favorite animals. The enrichment team at the Saint Louis Zoo has planned special “egg hunts” for animals and families are invited to watch.

Keepers, curators and volunteers at the Zoo plan enrichment activities for the animals throughout the year as a way to make life more interesting for the animals. The animals are encouraged to forage for food, invent “toys” out of everyday items, explore with new exhibit “furniture” such as logs and vines, or even sniff new scents. Enrichment activities are fun for the animals, visitors and the keepers. Kids’ enrichment activities will be offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Schnuck Family Plaza.
