Welcome to the 2012 Seize the Day 5K Run/Walk

Date: June 16, 2012

Time: 6:30am on-site registration begins.
7:30am 5K run and 1 mile walk start.

Where: Kirkwood Train Station – 110 W. Argonne Dr, Kirkwood, MO, 63122

Registration:
$20 For Adults and children 13 and older
$5 For Children 12 and under
Additional donations are accepted.

Runner’s packets may be picked up between 12pm-8pm on Friday, June 15th at the Big River West County Location:
14047 Manchester Rd, Manchester, MO 63011.

Must register by May 24 to guarantee t-shirt.

$25 On-site registration – day of the event.

Online registration will close at noon on Friday, June 15th.
The website will re-open on Sunday, June 17th for those wishing to make donations. 

Timed Runners’ Awards: There will be 1st and 2nd place awards for the overall male & female finishers. The top male and female finishers in each of the following age categories will also receive an award: 14 & under, 15-30, 31-45, 46-60, 60+

Join us after the Run/Walk for family fun!
There will be food, entertainment, a bubble bus, face painting & more!
