Calling all dogs…Yappy Hours are back! Stop by the Boathouse Tented North Patio with your pooch from 5 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, and enjoy half-priced yappetizers and drink specials. Participating dogs should be friendly, sociable and on a leash. A $5 entry fee will benefit Forest Park Forever for park beautification.
Getting lost in beautiful Forest Park is never a bad thing.
The Boathouse is situated in the center of Forest Park between the Muny and the Zoo. You may get to it from all the entrances to the park by just following the signs.
The easiest way to get to the Boathouse is by going north on Hampton Avenue. (If coming from I-64/US-40, take Hampton exit, follow the signs for Forest Park, and head north on Hampton.) At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Concourse Drive. At the next traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Washington Drive. Turn right onto Government Drive. Destination will be on your left.
