From January 1 to September 3, 2012 – There have been 73 Single Family Homes Sold in Southampton (SOHA). There have been opportunities for rehabbers/investors in the neighborhood as well as completely rehabbed/updated homes. The prices have ranged from $29,500 (1 bedroom rehab) to $220,000 (3 bedroom, 2 bath updated home). With all the homes sold the median price is $135,000.
