3rd Annual Barktoberfest – An Oktoberfest Party for Dogs:  It’s back! The Young Friends of the Humane Society of Missouri invite you to the 3rd annual Barktoberfest at Urban Chestnut Brewing Co’s outdoor biergarten in Midtown. 

Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door, and include your first beer, Pretzel Boys pretzels, and all the treats your pooch can eat.  No retractable leashes, please.

Y98’s Jen Myers will host the pet contests at 7:15 pm.  Prizes will be awarded for Best overall costume, Best doggie/owner duo costume, Cutest costume and Best doggie/owner POLKA!  Bring some extra cash so you and your pup can play games: Frosty Paws Plinko, Wheel O’Treats and The Poo Bag Grab. 

All proceeds benefit the Cinderella Fund, which makes extraordinary surgeries possible for shelter animals in need.  This event sells out every year, so get your tickets early!  RSVP at hsmo.org/Barktoberfest
